Consortium Opportunity

Colleagues,

In honor of our colleague Dan Turner, who is retiring after a 46-year career as Director of Bands at Bob Jones University, you are invited to join a consortium to commission J. Langston Turner for a work to commemorate Dan’s illustrious career.

This commission will be 4-5 minutes in length, grade 4, and scored for standard band instrumentation. Additionally, the work for band will come from Turner’s original choral spiritual, I Know Moonrise.

Membership into the Consortium is $250-$500 and includes the following:
1) Names of consortium members
2) Copy of parts and score
3) Exclusive performance rights for one year
