The SCBDA Executive Board presents the following proposal to the body for review. As with any potential change to our bylaws, the membership must be notified at least thirty days before a vote on the proposed change. Discussion and voting on this proposal will occur at our General Business Meeting on March 12, 2022, at the All-State Band Clinic.
