Fall Meeting Info for Directors

The Fall Meeting will be held this weekend on Saturday, September 12, 2020, at 10:00 AM via Zoom. This is an important meeting of the SCBDA, as we work to navigate the upcoming school year and provide potentially altered, yet rewarding experiences for our member directors and students. Please make every effort to attend and participate this Saturday!

Before attending the SCBDA Fall Meeting, please log in to your director account and make sure that your profile is up-to-date and verified for the 2020-2021 school year. Certain aspects of our meeting may reference or require the use of our website simultaneously. It is important that you have full access to our Director’s Area, which is only accomplished with a verified member profile and an active NAfME membership.

For additional security and integrity of our meeting environment, we are asking SCBDA directors to register in advance to attend. Meeting attendees must use an authenticated Zoom account to register and attend the meeting.

If your school district provided a Zoom account for you, you may use that account to register for the meeting, provided that you can receive the confirmation e-mail from this district-provided Zoom account and that meetings from outside your district’s organization are permitted within the Zoom policies of your school district.

After registering, your entry will be reviewed by the SCBDA. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting on Saturday.
