Description
Teach two 6th grade beginning band classes (heterogenous), one 7th grade beginning band, one each of 7th and 8th grade band, and one music appreciation course. Two 48-minute planning periods and one period of lunch duty per day. Long term sub daily rate for certified teachers is 65% of the certified teacher's step on the salary schedule. For a first year teacher, that would be $169 per day. Uncertified rate is lower.
