Wagener-Salley, 45 minutes from downtown Columbia and about 30 minutes from downtown Aiken, is looking for a director of bands for the 26-27 school year! This is a great program, where you will have students excited for multiple aspects of band, including marching, region/all-state, jazz, and chamber settings! Our marching band, revived in 2024, consistently scores Excellent ratings at competitions. We’ve had students rank in and make region / all-state band despite our small size! We had two students earn special recognitions at the 2026 USC Essentially Ellington Regional! If you have any questions, please let me know!
