I bring season greetings on behalf of the Concert Committee!
While a busy time of year with winter concerts and holiday performances of every shape and size happening these last weeks before winter break, it is an excellent opportunity to take a moment to look at the next concert cycle: CPA. Now that I have officially changed your visions of sugar plums into a mad Russian’s Christmas nightmare, I have some help coming your way.
I am reaching out with an opportunity for you to gain insight from some of the most knowledgeable colleagues we have in South Carolina. On Tuesday, December 27, two (2) virtual sessions will be designed to help directors plan their CPA preparations. One will be geared specifically toward middle school directors, and a separate session will be for high school directors. Our panel will include the following people:

My goal is to provide an opportunity to help you with a road map to navigate the tasks of selecting literature, setting rehearsal strategies, and preparing for the CPA event. If there is anything I have learned from these people, it is not to wait to ask questions.
