Cheraw High School is seeking a dedicated and creative Guard Instructor to lead and develop our marching band color guard and winter guard programs. The instructor will work closely with the band director to design, teach, and rehearse choreography, equipment work, and performance routines for both the fall marching band season and the winter guard competition season. Responsibilities: Teach and supervise all guard members during rehearsals and performances. Choreograph routines for both field and indoor shows. Assist with recruitment, auditions, and program development. Attend all scheduled rehearsals, performances, and competitions. Qualifications: Experience in color guard, winter guard, or related performance arts. Strong leadership and communication skills. Prior instructional or performance experience preferred.
