The following are some essential reminders concerning upcoming events and deadlines.
Region Band Audition and All-State Jazz Ensemble Audition Registrations are due Friday, November 11, 2022. These registration forms take time to complete successfully, so please do not wait until the last minute!
The Master Recital submission window and deadline have changed. Directors may now submit applications for the master recital beginning today through December 2, 2022.
In addition to the Master Recital, the following registrations/applications are open on Bandlink:
Jazz Honors Combo – Due December 2, 2022
Hall of Fame Nomination – Due December 2, 2022
Distinguished Service Award Nomination – Due December 2, 2022
Program of Note Nomination – Due December 2, 2022
Concert Performance Assessment – Due January 13, 2023
CPA Supplemental List Request – Due January 13, 2023
Jazz Ensemble Performance Assessment – Due January 13, 2023
Paying Online?
All registration forms that require payment have the option to pay online with a credit card. Please note that you need to have your credit card IN-HAND when you click the submit button on the online form, as you will be quickly redirected to Stripe, our CC processor, to enter your payment information and authorize the charge. Please contact me ASAP if you need to pay with a credit card but cannot do so immediately following clicking submit. Stripe invoices must be paid by the event registration deadline.
Skip the Post Office – Upload Online!
All registrations and applications that require a wet signature and mail-in component may be uploaded using our Registration Material Upload Form. Please note that directors must mail check payments (if not paying online) to the applicable chair with your school’s name on the check. All deadlines and postmark requirements remain in place for all registration material submissions, regardless of your submission method.
