Description
Spring Valley High School in Columbia, SC is currently seeking a marching band technicians for the 2023 season. Applicants should be able to work most or all of Summer Band Camp (Mid-July - August 7th) and attend After School Rehearsals, Football Games, and Competitions when their schedule permits. After School Rehearsals are from 4:15-6:45 on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. This position is an excellent opportunity for college music students looking to gain further teaching experiences prior to student teaching. Experience teaching previously is preferred but not required. DCI experience is also preferred but not required. Applicants may only be well versed in their primary instrument or in multiple instruments. Compensation will be hourly and based on education and prior experience.
