Description
The Wren High School Band is currently looking for a front ensemble instructor for the fall and winter seasons for the 2023-2024 school year. Wren is a competitive 3A band continuing to grow year after year. The percussion section is growing in number and ability, and this instructor\'s responsibility will be to continue that growth by leading sectionals, developing mallet technique, and collaborating with the rest of the staff. In the Winter, the instructor will be expected to staff with the district Winter Ensemble.
Requirements
-Minimum of high school diploma
-Pass District Background check
-Must be able to attend all camps, rehearsals, and performances (exceptions on a case-by-case basis)
-Firm knowledge of percussion pedagogy
-Willingness and ability to work with middle and high school students
