Carolina High School & Academy Trojan Bands in Greenville, SC is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Color Guard Technician. This is a rapidly growing but young band program at a Title I school made up of students at all levels from beginner to intermediate. Individual will be responsible for helping the Band Director and other staff to design and implement color guard specific curriculum specifically for competitive corps style marching band, as well as dance/majorette choreography for pep band. Minimum time commitment requires all of summer band camp (dates TBD) and weekend competitions. Other dates could include spring training, Friday night football games, weekly after school rehearsals, and/or off season clinics as needed. Schedule can be flexible with individual’s rehearsal and performance requirements if instructor is in college ensemble(s). Teaching experience is preferred but not required. Compensation to be determined based on experience.
