Gregory Day is the Director of Bands at Southern Wesleyan University in Central, SC.  Prior to his appointment at SWU, Mr. Day spent 15 years at DW Daniel High School building a program that was recognized for its growth and excellence in all areas of the instrumental program. 

    Mr. Day has been a member of the 14th Army Band (Ft. McClellan, AL) as well as a member of the National Guard and Army Reserve Bands in SC and NC.  For the last 5 years, Mr. Day has been an active in-state clinician and judge for marching and jazz bands, as well as conducting the Augusta (GA) Community Concert Band in 2004, where his "VISIONS" for concert band was a featured work.

    Mr. Day is also the director of bands at Providence Christian Academy in Six Mile, SC.  PCA is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International.

    Mr. Day is married to Lisa, and they have been blessed with 4 children and live in Pickens, SC
