The Bands of Irmo cordially invites you to attend "The Sudler Flag of Honor Concert" on Sunday, May 28th at 7:00 p.m. at the Koger Center for the Arts in Columbia, SC. Performances by the Irmo High School Symphonic Winds,   Symphonic Band, and Special Alumni Band, all under the direction of Bruce Dinkins, will be featured. John N. Culvahouse, Associate Director of Bands,  University of Georgia will be Guest Conductor.

The Sudler Flag of Honor is a prestigious international award that  recognizes High School concert bands of outstanding musical excellence. The  Irmo High School Symphonic Winds was the only U.S. recipient of the 1999 award. Mrs. Gladys Wright, CEO of the Sousa Foundation will be making the presentation of the award.
