REGISTRATION
Directors must Register and Pay for students for the
region band clinic in advance. The registration fee is $10.00 per
student. Please pay all registration fees by check or money order
and mail with your registration form by February 16. Students will
not be seated if they have not been pre-registered. (Registration
is non-refundable. If you register 10 students then you must pay for ten
students, even if you cancel a student the day of the clinic.) You
may NOT add or substitute students at the clinic.
RECORDINGS
Recordings may be purchased in the lobby before and after the
concert. The price for recordings will be $13.00
(cash only). No C.O.D.'s.
MEDALS AND
PATCHES
Medals and patches are to be ordered by directors from Jostens. They
will not be available at the clinic.

INFORMATION
In case of inclement weather, procedures for
Greenville County
school delays and closings will be followed. If Greenville County Schools
are closed, the clinic will be canceled.
We will be guests of Furman
University.
Students should take care of both campuses
and be careful not to disturb any classes or activities. Students
should not enter any of the facilities except for rehearsal areas without
adult supervision.
All percussionists should bring all mallets, sticks and snare drums
as appropriate. Brass players should bring mutes and reed players should
bring several reeds.
For the concert, everyone will be seated in the auditorium. As
each group performs, we will rotate seats. Each group will remain in the
auditorium for the entire concert.
