REGISTRATIONS
All registrations are to be done in advance.
Mail $7.00 per student you are registering to David
Vickery. This is due by Tuesday, February 13.
Don't forget to register and pay for alternates
as well. Be sure to include the registration form(s) that
were enclosed in the mail out you should have received
after auditions. Copy them as needed.

ALTERNATES
All alternates must be registered for and attend the clinic to receive a medal, as well as
for your band to receive OPA credit for them. Attendance will be checked in
rehearsals.
MEDALS AND PATCHES
Medals and patches are to be ordered by directors from Jostens.
They will not be available at the clinic.
RECORDINGS
Recordings may be purchased in the lobby before and after
the concert on Saturday.
PARKING AND DROP OFF
Please drop your students off in front of the Cultural
Center on Friday. Do NOT park buses or cars in this loop. Do
not block this circle for any reason. Bus and car parking is
located in the parking lot below the Horne Arena only.
CHANGING ROOMS
Students may change for the concert in these places: Boys
