Dr. Cramer is Professor of Music and Director of Bands at Indiana University where he has been a member of the School of Music faculty since the fall of 1969.  His ensembles, which have performed in Japan, have earned international praise for their superior performances.  His groups also play at various prestigious conventions and clinics across the country.
