You are encouraged to bring your alternates to participate in the clinic experience. Any All-State students who wish to attend the clinic and play in the Alternate Band, may do so. These students will be seated in the bottom of the sections, they must pay the $6.00 registration fee, they will receive a medal, and they do not count for OPA credit.

Directions to Fort Mill High School

From Rock Hill:
(Everything has to funnel through Rock Hill)

  • Take Hwy 21/Cherry Road North towards Fort Mill
  • After crossing over Catawba River Bridge, stay on 21 north and go to the 2nd stoplight
  • Turn left at the 2nd stoplight and take an almost immediate right on to a school driveway
  • Stay on the driveway until you come to the lower parking lot of the high school.
  • The auditorium will be in the largest building with a bank of black steel doors.

CD's

Tapes will be available for purchase at the clinic.

MEDALS AND PATCHES

Please note that the fee does not include the medal. Leaving the medal as an option seemed to work well last year. Medals will be on sale Saturday morning from 9:30am until 10:30am. Please observe the following procedures: Medals will be sold only to directors or designated band parents. This is to avoid a flood of individual students at the medal table. Please be ready with an accurate count of your medal needs per level. The cost of medals will be $3.25. Please make checks to Jostens.

Patches can be directly ordered from Jostens by directors.
