REGISTRATION
All students attending the All-State concert will need to be
pre-registered this year. Directors should have received a copy of the
registration form in the mail. These need to be either given to Joe Meshach at
the In-Service Conference in Charleston on February 6-7, or Faxed to
Joe Meshach by February 20, 2004 at 843-538-8151. There is NO
registration fee. Alternates must be registered in order to participate in the clinic.

ALTERNATES
Alternates will need to go to the assigned rehearsal areas
for their level when they arrive after they pickup their name
tags. Any alternates not seated in the Band
will attend a Smart Music workshop as well as Master Classes.
Alternates must be registered for the clinic in order to participate.

RECORDINGS
The 2004 All-State Band concert will be televised by
SC ETV! All students who will be attending the clinic at Furman in March are
required to fill out a release form and return it to their Band Director who
will in turn send it to the All-State chairman. Without a form from each
student we may not be able to do all of the broadcasts. Directors must send
these permission forms to Joe Meshach. You can do this by giving it to
him at he In-Service Conference in Charleston on February 6-7, or mail them to
Joe Meshach by February 20, 2004. Click

The concert will be audio recorded
as well by Ingram Innovations. CDs and tapes may be purchased in the
auditorium lobby before or after the concert.
MEDALS, PATCHES AND T-SHIRTS
All-State band patches and medals will be sold in the
auditorium lobby during breaks and before the concert for $3.25 each. T-Shirts will be sold as well.
ALL-STATE MUSIC FOR
SALE
Music from past All-State Concerts will be on sale
at this year's clinic. You may purchase this music for 50%
of the original cost! Payment is expected at the time of
purchase. Make checks payable to SCBDA.
