ADJUDICATION
We are currently assembling this year’s panel of expert adjudicators to provide you with the most helpful, constructive, and educational feedback possible that you can immediately take back to your program and implement to refine your show for upcoming performances.

The overall score will be determined as follows with one adjudicator per caption-
	Music	40%
	Marching	30%
	General Effect	30%
The following ratings will be awarded:
	Superior	85 — 100
	Excellent	70 — 84.9
	Quality	< 70

Additionally, there will be one adjudicator in the captions of drum line, auxiliaries, and drum major. However, these score will not be factored into the overall rating score.

AWARDS

1st Place Drum Major, Drum Line, Horn Line, and Auxiliaries in each class.
Best Soloist in each class.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Overall Rating
in each class.
People’s Choice Award in each class
determined by audience vote.
Grand Champion Award
(highest overall score for the day).

You are cordially invited to join us for a marching contest experience that is both educational and enjoyable. We have fully staffed, clean facilities including restrooms, pre- and post- performance dressing rooms, concessions, medical tent, and director’s hospitality room as well as a newly renovated stadium. All participating bands will be guided on our campus by a knowledgeable adult guide in addition to two friendly, helpful student guides. Our performances are
scheduled at twenty minute intervals to allow plenty of time for entering and exiting the field. All bands will receive a complimentary video tape of their performance. We welcome bands of all sizes and levels of experience to join us!

REGISTRATION
A registration fee of $35.00 is required to secure your performance spot in our contest line-up. Please make all checks payable to:

Performance order in each class will be determined by postmark on the registration entry form. The earliest postmark will perform last unless other accommodations are necessary due to travel concerns. The registration deadline is Friday, September 17th.

CLASSIFICATION
Classification will be determined by size of horn line and divisions based on natural breaks in horn line size of the bands registered.
Performance order will be determined by the postmark date on the application.
