CONTEST AWARDS: Trophies will be awarded in each of the five classes in the following categories: 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place; Best Horn Line, Best Drum Major, Band Front; and Drum Line. Best Overall Band in classes I-III and Best Overall Band in classes IV - V will be based as combined Music, Marching and General Effect scores. Best Overall Soloist and Pit Crew will also be awarded. A Grand Champion trophy will be presented to the highest scoring band regardless of class, based as combined Music, Marching and General Effect Scores.

VIDEO AND AUDIO TAPES: Each director will receive judge’s comments on audio cassette plus a complimentary video tape of their band’s performance. Video cameras are allowed in the stadium, but are not allowed access to the pressbox.
TICKETS: Admission will be $5.00 for adults, $4.00 for students and senior citizens with proper I.D., and children under six $2.00 An Eagle Classic souvenir program will be given to each family group or single as they enter the stadium. Additional programs may be purchased for $1.00.
FACILITIES: Full facilities will be provided, including dressing room, concessions, Hospitality Room and band guides. If you need ANY special help or arrangements please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
AWARDS: There will be two awards ceremonies. Festival awards will be presented after the last Festival band. Contest awards will be presented after the last Class V band.
FESTIVAL AWARDS: Each band will be awarded trophies based upon their performance rating. Superior, Excellent and Good trophies will be awarded.
JUDGES: The Festival will have three judges that will judge each of the following captions: Music, Marching, and General Effect. The Contest will have one judge in the following captions: Music, Marching, General Effect, Drum Major, Drum Line and Flag Line.

RULES:
	Bands will have fifteen minutes to enter the field, perform a short warm-up, perform their show and exit the field. Shows should be a minimum of six minutes and a maximum of ten minutes long.
	Bands may enter the stadium with a cadence, but must exit with a drum tap.
	Bands must enter from the upper left corner (press box perspective) and exit to the upper left.
	Bands will be penalized for unnecessary delay or disruption of the contest. Contest chairman will assess any penalties.
	No coolers, food or drink will be allowed through the gate. NO GRILLS WILL BE TOLERATED IN THE PARKING LOT.

REGISTRATION FEE: A $30.00 registration fee will be required for all applications postmarked after September 1, 2000. Deadline for mailed entries will be September 28, 2000. Entries by phone may be made up to October 2, 2000. Order of performance will be determined by postmark. Please mail registrations to address on the application.
