Student Agreement

I ____________________  will attend the 2001 All-State Jazz Ensemble or Alternate Combo rehearsals and performance in it entirety from  7PM on Thursday,February 28 until Saturday, March 2, 2002. (Directors please give each student a copy of the schedule for the weekend.)  My chaperone for this period of time will be _____________________.

I will also bring dress up clothes for the performance on Saturday.
