Printing Online Forms - Help

You might need to adjust some of your browser settings to get the form to print correctly.

If the each form does not completely fit on a separate page you may need to check the font settings in your browser.

Netscape

• Options
• General Preferences
• Fonts tab
• Next to the label "Use the Proportional Font:" Click Choose Font
• Remember your current font settings if you would like to return to them later
• Select Times New Roman or a similar font
• Set the Font Size to 12
• Click Ok

Microsoft Internet Explorer

• View
• Fonts
• Choose Medium or Small
